All concerts are FREE to the general public. Concessions from area restaurants will be available for purchase during the concerts. Shows start at 8 PM and finish at 10 PM at Noël Heritage Plaza Park at 5th and Lincoln in Downtown Odessa. Dancing and having fun is enthusiastically encouraged!
